The African National Congress (ANC) in the Eastern Cape will from Sunday, 31st January 2021 to Monday , 1st February 2021, hold a virtual Provincial Executive Committee (PEC ) Lekgotla.
The PEC Virtual Lekgotla will bring together Alliance partners, Mass Democratic Movement structures and ANC deployees in National, Provincial and local sphere of government as well as strategic sectors in society, including business, civil society, and traditional leaders.
The Virtual Lekgotla is taking place shortly after the delivery of the January 8 Statement and will focus on the following four key priorities identified for the year ahead:
? Defeating the Covid 19 pandemic
? Economic recovery and reconstruction
? Local government and service delivery
? The African Agenda and a better world
The Virtual Lekgotla will be held as follows:
