Eastern Cape Premier, Mr Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane will announce the appointment of members of the provincial executive Council (MECs) tomorrow afternoon in Port Alfred.
Members of the media are invited to a press conference where Premier Mabuyane will make the announcement of the MECs for the province.
