The African National Congress,(PEC) deployees to Dr WB Rubusana Regional Conference joins the branches and supporters of Dr WB Rubusana Region in welcoming the newly elected Officials of the Regional Executive Committee (REC),elected today, Saturday,1st September 2018 , at the East London City Hall,Buffalo City .
