In joining birthday celebrations of Mama Winnie Madikizela -Mandela that are taking place throughout the country, the Dr W.B Rubusana region on Sunday, 30 September 2018 will host a memorial lecture in her honour.
The lecture is scheduled to be delivered by the Secretary General of the ANCWL Cde Meokgo Matuba.
