The African National Congress (ANC) in the Eastern Cape would like to congratulate Lulamile Feni and Gudlabatshakazi ( real name is Monwabisi Bangi) who were finalists and award recipients of the 2018 SATMA Achievement Awards.
The awards were presented by the SATMA at their annual awards Gala at Mahikeng last night(29 September 2018).
Congratulations for getting these special awards. Both of you always inspire others with your good works. You are such a legacy and thank you for your wonderful contributions to us.
Gudlabatshakazi won the award for – Best Traditional Music Radio Programme of the Year-Lavuth’iBhayi (Umhlobo Wenene FM).We wish to congratulate Gudla for ensuring that the legacy left by the late Saba Mbixane is continuing.
Lulamile Feni affectionately known as (Tshawe)from the Daily Dispatch won the best cultural print media journalist title.Tshawe has won the awards in the past three times , and that on its own proves the talent we have in our Province.
Gudla batshakazi and Lulamile Feni’s achievements clearly demonstrate that given such opportunities, there can be no limit to what an African child can achieve. Congratulations once more as you made Home of Legends proud of your success.
