ANC EC welcomes the declaration of posts by MEC for Education

As ANC we welcome and support the department of education for declaring the post within the prescribed time. We are calling all Eastern Cape loving citizens, communities and structures, NGOs and school governing bodies to prioritized education, monitor the programmes and ensure that children attend fully the tuition. The dialogue between the department and the educators remains the only key, as the continued tension affect adversely education outcomes.

We welcome this declaration because education is one of the key ANC priorities as we always announce in our manifesto. It is therefore our intention in the process of stabilising government to also see things in the department of education in order. We are hoping to see less challenges in the department.
