The ANC Head of Elections Cde Fikile Mbalula will tomorrow, 11 October 2018 unveil plans to roll out the ANC Peoples Manifesto for 2019 General Elections.
The unveiling of plans to roll out the people’s manifesto follows a series of public engagement with various communities and different sectors.
