The African National Congress (ANC)in the Eastern Cape sends its heartfelt condolences to the family of Raymond Mhlaba Municipality Speaker, Cde Anele Ntsangani following the passing away of his mother Mrs Nombulelo Beatrice Ntsangani.
The loss of a parent is not an easy thing and we hope the Ntsangani family and their friends will be comforted by the knowledge that , all ANC members and supporters are thinking of them during this time of sadness. We will forever be indebted to Mamu Ntsangani for shaping and raising up the Speaker of Raymond Mhlaba Municipality.
Mamu Nombulelo Beatrice Ntsangani’s funeral will unfold as follows:
