The African National Congress (ANC) PEC, in the Eastern Cape will today ( Thursday, 21 November 2019) visit the bereaved Sigcawu family to pay their last respects on the passing away of AmaXhosa King Mpendulo “Ah Zwelonke” Sigcawu last week after a long illness.
The PEC delegation led by Provincial Secretary, Cde Lulama Ngcukayitobi will hold a prayer service to mourn with the Xhosa Royal family.
