The African National Congress ( ANC ) in the Eastern Cape welcomes the overall improvement on the National Senior Certificate results for 2023 and congratulates all learners who have passed. We celebrate this excellent performance in improving the provincial pass rate by 4,1% within two consecutive years; signifying a serious attitude towards improving quality outcomes in our education system.
