The ANC in the Eastern Cape welcomes the convincing and retaining of Ward 15 in Mnquma By-Elections held on Wednesday, 14 June 2017.
This humbling victory signifies that the ANC is the foundational hope of our people and the organization does not take that for granted. This victory is a call for an accelerated improvement of painful under development, unemployment and eradication of inequalities.
The ANC in the province encourages all councils to prioritize the high level of service delivery and strict monitoring of infrastructure programmes.
The provision of our basic services such as water, electricity, access to roads, creation of local job opportunities, enhancement of local economic development and empowering of our communities should be key in our agenda.
The ANC in the EC congratulates Cde Sithembsio Ncethezo for his election.
