The African National Congress (ANC) in the Eastern Cape will tomorrow, 5 February 2020 hold a media briefing on preparations and state of readiness for the Provincial 108th Anniversary Rally to be held at Amathole Region. The briefing will be addressed by ANC Provincial Secretary, Cde Lulama Ngcukayitobi and Amathole Regional Secretary, Cde Teris Ntutu.
