The African National Congress (ANC) Provincial Chairperson, Comrade Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane will today, Friday 23 August 2019, address the OR TAMBO Region Cadres Forum in Mthatha, KSD Sub-region. The Chairperson is expected to use the Cadres Forum to outline some of the immediate tasks that the organization will be implementing to deepen unity and renewal within its ranks.
