ANC EC Provincial Secretary Cde Lulama Ngcukayitobi will on Thursday, 19 April 2018 hands over blankets to senior citizens at Xhorana Administrative Area outside Mqanduli near Elliotdate in the Eastern Cape.
Whilst in the area Cde Ngcukayitobi will also handover sanitary towels to the pupils at Sompa Senior Primary School.
