The ANC EC Provincial Chairperson Cde Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane is set to deliver a key note address at the SASCO Rally taking place in Port Elizabeth, (Nelson Mandela Region) on Tuesday, 17 October 2017.
The rally is a build up to SASCO Elections taking place on Wednesday, 18 October in five campuses of the Nelson Mandela University (NMU).
