ANC Eastern Cape Provincial Secretary, Cde Oscar Lubabalo Mabuyane will use his keynote speech at the Progressive Youth in Business (PYB) breakfast to be held in Umthatha on Wednesday, 28 June 2017 to unpack how the ANC will use its key policy proposals coming from the recent ANC provincial policy conference to create jobs, grow the economic and to hasten development.
Taking place few days ahead of the ANC National Policy Conference, the PYB session will see congregation of scores of young people, including unemployed graduates, young business owners, young professionals, and business funding organizations discussing how ANC policies will address issues affecting young people in the province.
Cde Mabuyane’s speech will focus on monopoly capital as an enemy of the national democratic revolution, how inclusive economic growth should be structured to ensure radical economic transformation to help address the province’s development and growth challenges.
