The African National Congress (ANC) National Chairperson, Comrade Gwede Mantashe will tomorrow , Saturday 24 August 2019, address the Sarah Baartman Region Siyabulela Rally in Alexandria ,Ndlambe Sub-region. The National Chairperson is expected to use the Siyabulela Rally to thank ANC Volunteers and supporters for voting the ANC on the 8th May 2019 National Elections.
