The ANC NEC Member ,Cde Enoch Godongwana will address the ANC Eastern Cape Provincial General Council (PGC) Commissions tomorrow ,Thursday 7th December 2017.
The PGC Commissions are expected to consolidate the provincial policy perpsectives leading to the ANC 54th National Conference to be held in Nasrec from 16th December until 20th December 2017 .
