ANC wishes the 2017 Matric class all the best in their exams

The ANC has wished the Matric Class of 2017 well in their final examinations, which start today.

ANC NEC Subcommittee on Education, Health, Science and Technology Chairperson Comrade Naledi Pandor asked all South Africans to play their part in supporting and encouraging the learners and giving them time and space to study.

Pandor said they have always emphasised the point that education of our children is the business of all, and not just schools and government. “We therefore appeal to all sectors of society, religious, youth, women, to help learners, including after the examinations as we know this is a stressful period in their lives.” Pandor added.

She hoped that the Matric Class of 2017 would make South Africa proud, by succeeding and helping to build a brighter and better future.
