With the escalating numbers of confirmed cased of COVID-19 throughout South Africa, MEC for Health Sindiswa Gomba on Thursday, 26 March is meeting with AmaXhosa akwaGcaleka Traditional Leadership to establish partnership between the two institutions as means of fighting the spread of COVID-19.
This is in line with the recent pronouncement by President Cyril Ramaphosa where he urged all of us to do everything within our means to reduce the overall number of infections and to delay the spread of infection over a longer period.
